Honest answers require a safe survey.

What we collect

The names and email addresses you enter for your team, the survey answers each person submits, and the free-text feedback they write. Payment is handled by Stripe — card details never reach our servers.

Who can see what

The team report contains only aggregated scores. Individual reports show the feedback a person received, never who wrote it. As the organiser you can see who has completed the survey, but not their individual answers.

How long we keep it

Your assessment stays available in your workspace so you can re-download the reports. Write to peter.zashev@hankensse.fi to have an assessment and all its responses permanently deleted.

What we never do

We don't sell data, we don't share your team's responses with anyone outside your assessment, and we don't publish identifiable benchmarks.
