FAQ
The questions people actually ask.
How long does it take to answer?
About 15–25 minutes per person. There are 23 statements about the team, then a short rating of each teammate, plus a few optional free-text answers. Progress saves automatically, so it can be finished in more than one sitting.
Will people see what I said about them?
Not who said it. Each person's report shows the feedback their teammates gave them, but never attributed to a name. Team scores are always aggregates.
Do participants need an account?
No. Everyone gets a unique private link by email. Nothing to install, nothing to sign up for.
How big can a team be?
Between 3 and 15 people. Below three, peer feedback stops being anonymous enough to be honest; above fourteen, it's usually two teams.
What if somebody doesn't answer?
You can send a reminder with one click, and generate the reports whenever you're ready — the scoring handles partial participation. Anyone who hasn't answered simply isn't counted.
Can I run it again later?
Yes — that's the point. Most teams re-run it after a few months to see whether what they changed actually moved the number. Each run is a new assessment.
What do I actually receive?
Print-ready A4 PDFs: one team report, plus one personal report per member. You can download them individually or all at once, any time from your workspace.
Is my data confidential?
Yes. Responses are used only to produce your team's reports. We don't sell data, and we don't use it to benchmark you publicly without asking.
